This company is a joke. The delivery and Acceptance Now departments totally undermine everything else from the awesome sales staff to the great looking pieces of furniture. First red flag came when drawing up my rental contract, they added back in the delivery fee. Although, this Free Delivery incentive was the highlight of their sales ads all week. After reading me some small print rehearsed line about why it was added back in I thought to myself, "well this is a little shady," but continued on with my purchases nonetheless. So now on to setting up delivery. That process in itself was inconveniencing since they couldn't give me a delivery window upfront, only a day of the week. Then they would call back with a time frame. Ok I got over that. So finally my delivery was set up with a window of 10:30a - 12:30p. I really didn't have much notice to prepare to be there myself so I got my sister to sit at my house (with her small child) and accept it for me. I so nicely asked the delivery dispatch person beforehand if that would be ok. She stated yes as long as the person is over 18. Morning of delivery, I don't receive a call from the driver until 11:44a who proceeds to tell me he has 3 more deliveries before mine. I remind him that my window is until 12:30p so how are u going to achieve that? He then says, "well I think its only 2, not 3 deliveries.. but I'm not too sure." I'm very skeptical now but I convince my sister to wait around longer for me. Another hour or so passes, so I decide to call the dispatch office (twice) who tells me (twice) that she will give me a call back with an eta. She never called back. I finally get the driver back on the phone. He now tells me he'll be there in 20 mins. I say, "is it really 20 mins or are u just telling me that?" He then says, "well I'm in Smyrna about to do my last stop and I haven't even put your address in so I don't know." So I finally tell him that my sister can only stay until 2p. He says ok. Of course he doesn't make that and she has to leave. I'm just so annoyed at this point (from being off and on the phone while at work) and really don't want to have to deal with another delivery date from this company so I go by the location to cancel my contract. The first acceptance now staff member was very pleasing and accommodating. But when the "manager" came out to approve my refund, she was extremely rude and questioned my version of the days events, showing me pings from the driver. She then says, "well you wasn't there. And don't tell someone you're gonna be somewhere you're not." I was so appalled that she wouldn't even try to accommodate me in any way to see if there even any possibility I wanted to remain with them but instead she went straight to making accusations. I'm soooo glad I decided to go on and cancel and not deal with them monthly. True colors definitely came out. People READ REVIEWS before committing to them!
Excellent Experience. My sale associate Ramiro I think is his name, was great. My delivery came in the time frame I was given. Brian, Demetrius and Robert put together my bed in record time and even helped put my mattress back. They were very kind and did an excellent job.
Have good collections of furniture.. We bought our entire home furniture from this shop during the Thanks Giving season.. Offers were good during Thanks Giving season.
I love my new sectional couch, it's so comfortable and a great quality for a reasonable price! Alex and John moved the couch into my apartment which was in a tight corner. They were very professional and smart when configuring how to squeeze it into the door. Great job guys!
Purchased 2 beds from here and loved the entire experience. Scheduling the delivery was easy. Beds are gorgeous and the delivery team even called to see if they could come earlier than scheduled, and called when they were on the way. They put them together perfectly in record speed.
