Great place to exercise.. A skating rink that sells alcohol..not the best combo .. If you can stomach some of the djs it's a kool lil spot for cardio
It's a skating rink. A really expensive skating rink. Your kids will love it, but expect to be nickel and dimed to death.
To sum it up in one word...or rather, a name: Lindsey. By far, the worst example of customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Brief synopsis: My right hand man threw a B-day party for his princess. From onset, Lindsey went above and beyond to sour the event--starting with holding up the entire party for the sake of a guest list that management was already made aware of. After taking a considerable amount of skate time, she then continued to scrutinize the list provided, to the point where I took my own 2 girls off of the list, just to help facilitate the situation for the (obviously) simple-minded Lindsey. Even after offering to pay (which I ended up doing), Lindsey forced my children back to the counter, during the midst of their fun, just to have a second wristband placed on them (the first one having been provided already, as we were part of the party). The only bright spot during this whole ordeal, was a teenage cashier named Lexie who, after informing me of an hour long wait for cheese sticks, took my order for nachos and threw in extra cheese at no charge.
The kids had fun of course. I kinda like this location better that the Hiram sparkles. The staff was cool and collective.
They play great music all size of skates teaches you how to skate on some days best skating place ever
Don't bring your kids here...just don't go period.
