This location is one of the best run Olive Gardens I've been to. I ordered take-out and the order was not only ready on time but the highly efficient staff reviewed the order as it was placed in the carry out bags, hot from the kitchen but the staff greeted me upon arrival, verified I was there for take-out and quickly checked the status of my order. There were several other people waiting for pickup and all were treated with a friendly, patient attitude. There is a nice place to sit and wait for your order, if needed.
Staff is friendly. There was no wait. My toddler slept on the booth bench, that was the waitress' suggestion since she saw that my daughter was sleeping upon entrance. Her dad and I ate our meal and then ordered our daughter food later after she had a comfy booth nap. The food was excellent, we were beyond full. Don't order the endless pasta, you won't make it past plate 1. They get you, by giving you a giant first portion followed by regular portions IF you have room to go for round 2.
Zack did a great job. We came in for a mid day late lunch early dinner and Zack was so attentive with just the right amount of service level. Not too pushy, but always there when and if we needed him.
It was warm and inviting. A 360 degree from our last visit. .
The food, as usual was perfect! Love their soups and shrimp pastas.
We came here around 9 on a Saturday night. Despite being near empty, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. Where they seated us, I could smell something nasty. It was like a musty cellar mixed with moldy sink water. I think it was coming from the carpet. I told our waitress about it, she said lied and said it was cheese, wouldn't move us away from it. We ordered. My daughter and I only ate a few bites, the smell was making us physically ill. I needed a refill on my drink shortly after receiving our food, but I didn't get it until we were getting ready to leave. I asked her for my drink to go...She said she'd get it...we waited and waited, she never came back. As we were leaving, she was just standing around. One thing she did right was give me an extra serving of my order to go. At least our food was right and tasted good.
The salad and rolls are delicious. Our meal was excellent too. Server was amazing. Great bar area. We had over a 30 minute wait, but several tables were empty. Don't understand that.
