Rudest staff on planet earth. I am a micro center customer. On one side micro center guys runs with you to make sure you don’t leave the store without finding your product. Best Buy staff will not talk to you even if you run after them. They simply don’t want to talk to customers.
Excellent service provided by a highly professional sales associate who answered all our questions and let us decide which TV would meet our needs. This was followed by a technician (Geek Squad member) who came to our home on time to install the TV. Wonderful experience. You should try it!
If you’re buying appliances don’t buy them at Best Buy. Their delivery service is poor. Several times we’ve scheduled deliveries and installations and they don’t come between the time frame and don’t call or inform you of anything. Very poor. Also the persons in Best Buy prefer to just blame the delivery company as opposed to taking the responsibility. I would not recommend buying an appliance here if you can’t take it yourself.
