Everthing was ok except the big andtall needs way more clothing in stock and more of a selection please.Of course I'm referring to the sizes 2x on up.
I went to TJMaxx on Cumberland Parkway today, 9/10/17. I was there around 3:30pm. I went to shop for household items as I just purchased a house. While there I decided to look at handbags. I found a beautiful black leather Marc Jacobs bag that was locked. I asked the lady at the fitting room station if someone could come and unlock the bag. A young lady came about 5 minutes later. I pointed her to the purse. She promptly said "It will be at the cash register". I said do you think I could look at it before you take it to the cash register? She says "yes" and hands it to me. I gave it back and again she says "It will be at the cash register". I don't know if I look like a thief or if this is store policy. Either way, I left the bag at the cash register and the $200-$300 worth of merchandise that I was going to purchase in the buggy.
Very busy location. Disorganized... probably because it's wall-to-wall customers all the time. Hard to find someone to assist you and the line to check out is always long, but at least they have someone at every register. Many of the clearance items were broken, not sure if that's standard.
And holy cow the parking situation. It's not their fault that their customers can't drive. Please be careful pulling out of your space! Watch for other cars AND PEDESTRIANS.
Stephanie in the Jewelry section~ Yesterday, I made an exchange of a gift that was never picked up from a family friend. Stephanie made my experience so pleasurable and even educated me on several stones(rings) that I was considering to purchase. She was patient,VERY kind, humble, she "heard" my request and starting helping me immediately with my search (keeping those identifiers in mind). I HAD to acknowledge her because this combination of traits are SO hard to come across in customer service! So was SO excellent I brought two things and then purchased a third from her! Keep HER..SHE'S an asset!!!!!
