They are breaking laws and do it without a second thought. I am currently trying to get a clear understanding of what the insurance paid and what I should be billed for. Unfortunately I may have to begin litigation to resolve this matter.
Drs. Bates and Soberano have been like family to us since day 1 of offering our children the best oral care since their very first dentist appointments at 12 months of age (who are now 2, 4, & 6 years old). The hospitality and professionalism in this practice is immeasurable, and we are forever grateful for their patience with our extremely anxious children.
We love Dr. Bates and her staff. They are informed, timely, and teach as they go. They also deal well with handling my son's autism ticks, and his appointments and procedures have always gone smoothly. Great location to South Cobb Drive and I-285, bountiful parking lot. Clean and beautiful office. They accept straight Medicaid (SSI), but unfortunately not Amerigroup.
I drive well out of my way to take my children here. The service is AMAZING and very quick! So happy to finally have a dentist home both my children and I adore.
Dr. Bates and staff have been excellent so far. My daughter is able to get treatment on her teeth without medication for anxiety. I had to go to 3 dentist before, with the last referring me here. The best referral ever.
Steer clear of this practice. They participate in unorthodox billing practices and are exceptionally rude and dishonest. Dr. Bates is an excellent dentist but her husband or business manager is horrible to deal with. It's just not worth the aggravation.
