The ladies here are incredibly polite and sweet. I came in last minute to have my hair done for my wedding the next day and Elli was able to style it such that I had beautiful second-day curls. I will absolutely be returning!

I went here to get basic all over color, the visit started out fine; nice receptionist, pretty salon, got offered a drink. But then I was waiting for 30 minutes to be called back even though I made an appointment. When I finally sat in the stylist chair and did the client consultation my stylist, Hannah, took another 15 minutes in the back room. Through out the whole coloring of my hair she processed to be very judging and condescending to me. Not to mention how rough she was on my hair when she was shampooing out the color and blow drying my hair. She was very rushed and didn't seem to care about my comfort. If I ever go here again I DO NOT want her as my stylist.
My consultation with Jessi was great! She listen to my wants and put her input. I went over prices with the rep and Jessi. The price was about 162 plus cut was $45. So, I thought not bad. So I went to my appointment and the girls at the salon are so sweet and make sure I was comfortable due to the hours I was there. I liked my hair but I didn't love it. She did good and it wasn't bad. After I was don I went to check out and BOOM! The total is $264 ! I was like how? So, she explained. I mean I would have no problem paying but for you to tell me one price then hit me with another was surprising to me. Next time I will make sure before a stylist place anything else that I have to pay for that is extra on my hair to tell me ahead of time. Overall my experience was good.
